Browse our collection, select your size, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout and complete your payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed successfully.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking through our secure payment gateway.
Q. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that your order enters processing and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at [your email address] if you need to make changes.
Q. Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address immediately after your order is placed successfully.

We deliver across India. Every corner. Every city. Every pin code.
Q. How long does delivery take?
Metro cities — 4 to 6 business days.
Non-metro cities — 6 to 9 business days.
Remote areas — 9 to 12 business days.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹2,999.
A flat fee of ₹99 applies on orders below ₹2,999.
Q. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order in real time.
Q. My order is delayed. What should I do?

Q. How does NOIRAÉ sizing work?
NOIRAÉ pieces are designed with an oversized, relaxed fit. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. When in doubt size down for a relaxed fit or stay true to size for a more oversized look.
Q. What if the size I ordered doesn't fit?
We offer size exchanges subject to availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and we will sort it out.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Q. How do I initiate a return?

Q. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

No. All sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
