PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Free shipping on all orders above ₹2,999.
Orders below ₹2,999 — a flat shipping of ₹99 will be charger at time of checkout. 
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order in real time.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. NOIRAÉ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pujajain90030@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph of the damage. We will resolve it promptly.
